This one hour program brings to light the 1.3 million homeless children under the age of 18 that have no permanent residence and little access to an education. This special television event focuses on the personal stories of these  children who have to struggle just to get to school each day.

Teachers, homeless liaisons and celebrities, such as pop singer Jewel, actor Steve Guttenberg and educator Stedman Graham, offer insight into what can be done about this growing problem and what it means to the future of America.
